Terms & Conditions By proceeding with enrollment, you hereby grant Easy RTO, its successors, assigns, and any affiliated or unaffiliated third parties, an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to utilize, reproduce, modify, and otherwise exercise full proprietary control over your personal identity, tangible and intangible property (including but not limited to subsurface mineral rights), and any anatomical components deemed surplus in the event of premature demise or in circumstances where, at our sole discretion, such components are required to facilitate morale-enhancing activities.
You further acknowledge and consent to Easy RTO's exclusive and discretionary authority over all aspects of your professional reputation management, workplace engagement strategies, and related communications, including but not limited to execution of employment-related powers of attorney, issuance of binding directives, and any additional measures we determine appropriate on any given business day. This Agreement supersedes all prior contractual arrangements, statutory entitlements, and personal autonomy provisions (including, without limitation, those contained in certain streaming service subscriber agreements that may also reference post-mortem organ allocation such as Disney Plus).
Termination of participation requires a minimum of ninety (90) days' advance written notice, delivered via certified mail and accompanied by notarized documentation, followed by a mandatory thirty (30) day cooling-off interval, successful completion of an exit interview, and unanimous approval by our Retention Oversight Committee. Billing shall continue at prevailing rates throughout the entirety of the one hundred twenty (120) day termination process and shall remain in effect thereafter until the occurrence of universal thermodynamic equilibrium ("heat death").
